- Processing of your personal information is needed so that CSG, as a Controller, can comply with a legal obligation. This could occur due to requirements for tax compliance that apply to CSG.;
- Processing of your personal information is needed for CSG’s legitimate business interests as the Controller, or by a third party, but not when any such interests are outweighed by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of you. This could occur, for example, if we need to perform fraud screening as part of a transaction involving our site.
We retain your personal information for only as long as is required to complete the purpose or purposes we collected it for, including meeting any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
