Former senior executive with Morgan Stanley, Burson-Marsteller and Nataxis Global Asset Management

Boston, MA, March 12, 2025—The Communications Strategy Group Inc., a Boston-based corporate/financial communications and business development consultancy, today announced that Raymond J. O’Rourke, a recognized international expert on crisis and reputation management, has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.

Mr. O’Rourke spent 20 years at Burson-Marsteller, the worldwide communications and public relations firm, where he was a managing director and head of its North American crisis management practice. More recently, he was a managing director and global head of Corporate Affairs at Morgan Stanley. Prior to founding his own consulting practice, he was executive vice president and chief communications officer at Natixis Global Asset Management, one of the world’s 12 largest investment management companies.

Mr. O’Rourke has contributed to numerous books and articles on crisis and reputation management and has been a frequent lecturer to industry groups and at university graduate and undergraduate levels. He holds a BA in political economy from Fordham University in New York and served as president of the Fordham College Alumni Association.
